BUILT BY BUILDERS
The C5 Transaxle Adapter exists because we needed it ourselves — and nothing on the market was good enough.
Where It Started
The C5 Corvette transaxle suspension is one of the most capable, lightweight, and accessible performance platforms ever produced. Builders have been pulling C5 rear cradles for decades — but every build ran into the same wall: the factory transmission is baked into the geometry, and eliminating it meant fabricating a custom solution from scratch.
We built the C5 Transaxle Adapter to solve that problem permanently. No more one-off fabrication. No more guesswork. A precision-machined, bolt-on solution that lets you run C5 suspension in any chassis — without the factory transmission.
How It's Made
Every adapter is CNC machined from 4140 chromoly billet steel in the USA. We don't outsource the critical work.
Billet 4140 Chromoly
Selected for its strength-to-weight ratio and proven track record in motorsport applications. Not cast, not welded — machined from solid stock.
CNC Precision Machined
Every adapter is machined to tight tolerances on modern CNC equipment. Mating surfaces are held to spec so the adapter fits right the first time.
Black Oxide Finish
Zinc phosphate and black oxide finish for corrosion resistance without adding bulk. Built to survive the environment a race car lives in.
Made in the USA
Designed, machined, and assembled domestically. We know where every part comes from because we make it ourselves.
Engineering Background
This isn't a garage project. The C5 Transaxle Adapter was developed by engineers with hands-on experience in motorsport fabrication, chassis design, and production manufacturing.
